Beautiful Finca in Alojera

In the quiet and sunny valley of Alojera is the beautiful Finca "Medina", with three particularly cosy apartments on 150 m above sea level and only 1.5 km from the sea. From here, you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the sea and the valley of Alojera.

From the large roof terrace one has a magnificent panoramic view over to La Palma. There are sun loungers and table and chairs available to relax. From here you can enjoy the wonderful sunset.

Together with the two apartments "Finca Medina - Clari" and "Finca Medina - Isabel", which are only a few meters away, larger families or small groups up to max. twelve persons could enjoy the holiday undisturbed from each other and yet close together.

Alojera, the valley of the palms offers sun, sea and outspoken peace and serenity. There are two bars and two small supermarkets, as also a good restaurant down on the beach in the village. The place is a very good starting point for many walks for peace seekers and beach and bathing lovers. A 45 minutes car ride takes you up to the hustle and bustle Valle Gran Rey or to Vallehermoso.

Accommodation "Finca Medina-Elba"

The Finca "Elba" has a very cosy and well-equipped kitchen. In addition to a large dining table, there are also two sofas, which one can also be used as a bed. A TV set, a small music system and internet connection complete the comfort. In front of the kitchen is the small terrace which is furnished with table and chairs. The bright and friendly bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a sideboard and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin and toilet.

Das Appartment war super sauber und der Besitzer hat uns begrüßt mit Wein, Wasser, Milch, Obst sowie Süßigkeiten. Sehr süß. Leider kann ich kein Spanisch, was die kommunikation etwas erschwerte. Aber mit Händen und Füßen ging es. Die Lage ist super. In einem ruhigen Dorf, mit 3 kleinen Bars und Restaurants sowie einen Mini Supermarkt. Wir waren zu viert in dem Appartment. Der Platz war ausreichend. Das Objekt hat eine riesige Dachterrasse, was für ein noch besseren Ausblick gesorgt hat. Ich kann das Appartment nur empfehlen. Vorausgesetzt man hat ein Auto. Ohne Auto eher ungünstig.

Our stay at La Finca Medina Elba was very nice. The house has a great position, a wonderful view, and is well equipped. It was a very peacefull stay and that's excactly what we were looking for.Otherwise, the Gomera island is amazing. We made a lot of hikes a lot and made some sea stop! People were very nice with us even if we did not speak spanish. After our stay, we spent also 10 days at La Palma, in a house close to Tijarafe. A very nice stay also, but we have really appreciate the spirit of La Gomera: less tourists, more serenity, more calm! We hope to be back soon at La Gomera.

Location in Alojera

The apartment "Finca Medina - Elba" is located approximately in the middle of the upper village of Alojera, in one of the four adjoining houses of the Medina Farm. There is parking directly on the street.The immediate environment is rural with fruit and vegetable terraces and only a few houses to be seen nearby. The beach is about 2.5 km away, the nearest shop is about 1 km.

Within a short drive from Alojera you are in the National Park "Garajonay", the green roof of the island, with its countless hiking trails. Also the nearby hamlets Taguluche, Tazo and Cubaba are worth a visit. The old ruins of Cubaba-Costa in the countryside are very picturesque and the secluded "Playa de Trigo" invites you to marvel and discover.
