Holiday flat "Katya" La Gomera

It is a very nice and quiet place, where you can truly have a calm holiday. The garden is very beautiful and you can have all meals outside on the terrace with a incredible view. Everything was very clean and in a good shape. The only thing which I wished to have, was more of the necessities such as pepper, herbs etc. as we had to buy everything. The dishwasher and washing machine didn’t work, but the host replied immediately and tried to find a technician for us very quickly. All in all we had a great stay and would book again. :)

Hemos disfrutado mucho de esta bonita casa canaria y su jardín con magníficas vistas. Apreciamos mucho la tranquilidad y el silencio que se respira. Por suerte tuvimos arriba vecinos muy respetuosos. Gerlinde fue muy eficaz para ayudarnos con un problema que hubo con los colchones. Gracias! Pasamos alli unos días estupendos de descanso.

Cozy stay well located in Hermigua. The location has an absolutely fantastic view over the sea and u can even see the Teide summit on a sunny day. The place is very calm and u will love waking up with such views, and the fresh sea breeze running up the mountain. It’s reasonably close from the Garajonay national park, which is an absolute must. We strongly recommend this place for families looking for a cozy stay in beautiful La Gomera. The only drawback is that there is no parking place in the property but u can easily find a place to park some 100m away and then walk. Everything worked out well except for the communication with our host, who often missed our messages or answered with delay.

Lovely garden, but no more sun after 12:00 pm. Walking distance to the supermarket and seaswimmingpool. Beautiful surroundings to make longer or shorter hikes.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Da wir täglich unterwegs waren hat es für uns genau gepasst, sonst wäre uns der Platz durch die dichte Bepflanzung ein bisschen zu schattig gewesen.

Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Garten ist wunderschön und die Aussicht auf das Meer ist toll. Es wurden uns sogar auf Anfrage ein Baby Bett und ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Einrichtung ist allerdings teilweise schon stark abgenutzt.

„Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit Blick auf das Meer, leider ist am Nachmittag schon die Terasse etwas schattig. Gerlinde ist eine sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberin, insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!! Supermarkt und Lokal(e) nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Danke für die unkomplizierten Rückmeldungen und Hilfe.

Two separate bedrooms with two bathrooms. A small dining room plus a well equiped kitchen. The terrace and garden double as the living room of the house. Great view of the sea and the mountains (with the pleasant sound of waves at the background). Gerlinde is a lovely host and recommended us the restaurant El Faro and the bar Pedro. Rugged nature, a pleasant bar and restaurant and a great little house; what do you need more?!D.O.
