The high-quality equipped and quietly situated penthouse apartment "Guanche" is located in the popular quarter La Puntilla, in the second row to the sea. The popular bathing beach of La Puntlla is only a stone's throw away from the apartment and you live in the middle of the sunny holiday resort Valle Gran Reys, the perfect starting point for activities of all kinds.

In total there are three different apartments available to guests, the largest of which is the "Guanche Penthouse" apartment presented here with 70 sqm of living space and its own air conditioning.

The highlight of this accommodation is the large roof terrace, equipped with high-quality sun loungers and parasols. From here you have a beautiful panoramic view of the valley behind and the impressive mountains of Valle Gran Rey. Guests also have their own outdoor shower, a washing machine and additional seating on the terrace.

The apartment "Guanche-Penthouse" in Valle Gran Rey has two separate bedrooms. The first bedroom has a large and comfortable double bed and the second bedroom has two separate single beds.

The living-dining area adjoining the terrace is bright and friendly furnished. An oven, a large refrigerator, microwave and a very well-equipped kitchenette complete the overall picture of this exclusive accommodation. There is really nothing missing here! In good weather you have a wonderful view from the kitchen window to the sunset and the neighbouring island El Hierro.

The smaller but also modern bathroom is equipped with a glass wall shower with large massage shower head, washbasin and toilet.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the complete accommodation.
